Refund policy

At The Style Storyz, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return / Exchange and Refund guidelines below

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  • Returns / Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • For custom-made or sale items, equivalent amount will be credited in the form of rewards.
  • If free gift is included as a part of the item order then it needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

2. Process

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. To start a return / Exchange , you can contact us at thestylestoryzluxe@gmail.com with your order ID, images of product along with tags and reason for return (optional).
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Shipping costs are non refundable.
  3. Please keep proof of shipping until return is confirmed.
  4. Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
  5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on www.thestylestoryz.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange is possible for size/color (subject to availability).

  • Treated as a new order after the returned product is received.

4. Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thestylestoryzluxe@gmail.com.

5. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

NO returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Cancellation of Order

To cancel an order, please send us an email at thestylestoryzluxe@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
