📜 Terms & Conditions for IG Reels UGC Campaign

1. Overview

The IG Reels campaign is an initiative by The Style Storyz, a brand under The Style Storyz Luxe LLP. This campaign aims to celebrate our community and feature real customer content. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before posting or submitting content.


2. Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals aged 18 years and above residing in India.
  • Participants must have a public Instagram account so that posts are visible for review.
  • No purchase is necessary to participate.
  • Employees or affiliates of The Style Storyz may participate but are not eligible for rewards.

3. How to Participate

To enter:

  1. Post a Reel or photo on Instagram featuring atleast one “The Style Storyz” product. It is upto to you if you want to feature yourself or just do product unboxing or flat lay of products.
  2. Tag @theStyleStoryzluxe in the post and include the hashtag #MyStyleStoryz in the caption.
  3. Ensure your profile is public until winners are announced or your post has been featured.

Participation through any other means (e.g., direct message, email, or third-party upload) may not be considered unless specifically requested.


4. Selection & Rewards

  • The Style Storyz team will review tagged posts and select participants based on creativity, styling, and originality.
  • Selected participants (“Featured Creators”) may be:
    • Featured on our website and/or official social media channels.
    • Offered discount coupons, early access, or other small rewards as appreciation.
  • Selection is solely at the discretion of The Style Storyz team.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

5. Content Rights & Permissions

By tagging @theStyleStoryzluxe and using #MyStyleStoryz, you grant The Style Storyz Luxe LLP the following rights:

  • A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content (including your name, username, caption, image, and video) on our:
    • Website
    • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
    • Marketing materials (email, digital ads, etc.)
  • You will always be credited by handle or name when your content is reposted.

If you wish to revoke this permission later, you can request removal at any time by contacting us at thestylestoryzluxe@gmail.com, and we’ll take down your content within 7 working days.


6. Content Guidelines

To ensure fairness and quality, your content must:

  • Be original and created by you.
  • Feature genuine “The Style Storyz Luxe” products (no imitation or misleading content).
  • Not include offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate visuals, language, or music.
  • Comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and copyright policies.

The Style Storyz reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that violate these terms.


7. Privacy

By participating, you consent to The Style Storyz collecting, storing, and using publicly available information (e.g., username, post link, caption) solely for the purpose of this campaign.
We will never ask for sensitive personal information like passwords or bank details.


8. Disclaimers

  • This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.
  • The Style Storyz is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or platform errors that may affect participation.
  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Style Storyz Luxe LLP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation, content use, or acceptance of rewards.
